Guitarist/vocalist Chris Cortez is thriving in Houston, Texas. His current group features bassist Glen Ackerman, and drummer Ryan Ogrodowicz.

A larger version of the group has just completed Chris' latest CD project, just released in July of 2007. Cortez has also released a video on the web, and is performing regularly all over the Houston area.

Chris continues to teach privately, and runs a full service recording studio and this record label, Blue Bamboo Music.

Member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammys), and an affiliate with BMI.
