I founded Blue Bamboo Music in 1986, primarily as a vehicle for my own work as a jazz musician and composer. Over the years my associates and I have delved into publishing, casino production, composition, recording, and releasing our jazz work to the world. We have had various levels of success in these many areas, but along the way have managed to gather some valuable knowledge of the music business, and to create some truly wonderful music.

For a period of time, we were located in Slidell, LA, and hurricane Katrina forced our relocation to Houston, Texas. After about a year of downtime, the label re-emerged this year with the release of "Awakenings," my latest offering. I'm also happy to announce that I'll be adding some exciting new artists to the label, as we expand our roster for the first time in 2008.
